Story
Who doesn't like a tall bearded guy in a nice suit? Or a girl in a bridesmaid's dress? Nick and I met at the wedding of a mutual friend in June of 2019, easily spotting each other across the dance floor due to our fearless dance moves and then later chatting over drinks. We quickly discovered our common interests in biking, traveling and the outdoors. While I'm sure our perspectives on that first meeting are a little different (and a little fuzzy), the high points remain. "We were flirting?" Nick commented to a friend after I gave him my number and walked away. For me, it was that he remembered to call three weeks later. We didn't actually have our first date until later that summer, after I returned from gallivanting around Europe then roughing it at Devil Lake in Canada. Nick was also on his own adventures that summer in Japan. After a few dates between trips that summer, we continued to spend more time together through the fall and have been together ever since.
We've been through COVID, bike wrecks, new jobs, and many delicious cocktails to bring us to April 29th. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What will the weather be like?
Atlanta weather in April is usually excellent, with many warm and sunny days, daily high temperatures can often reach the low 80s. The average daily high temperature in Atlanta in April is 71°F, ideal for outdoor sightseeing at local attractions such as Oakland Cemetery and Atlanta Botanical Garden, or for a walk or bike ride along the BeltLine. The only downside is the fairly frequent spring rains (especially common in the afternoons). Bring an umbrella, or take advantage of one of Atlanta’s many indoor attractions, shopping, or other indoor activities when it rains.
Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking at the venue complex.
Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?
Yes
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire
Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony is outdoors, but our reception will be inside.
Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?
Please refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.
